  • Avoid alcohol or at least reduce your intake of alcohol. Alcohol causes you to feel more depressed and fatigued.
  • Get out and Work out!! Aerobic exercise plays a very important role in your mental health. Exercises such as running, biking, brisk walking or swimming, cause your body to release beta-endorphins which boost your mood and help ease anxiety, depression, and mood swings.
